The General Representation of the Government of Flanders is committed to reducing its carbon
footprint. In 2016, we commissioned a water and carbon footprint assessment of the Pretoria office. We have
committed ourselves ever since to continue monitoring and reporting on this data and to actively work towards
reducing our impact on the environment and on climate change, as well as offsetting the carbon emissions of the
office by undertaking “green” options and activities. These reports document the data collected in
each year.
