During the 2018 Dance Umbrella Festival, Moya Michael, in collaboration with Tracey Rose will bring you the performance ‘Coloured Swans’ on Thursday 8 and Friday 9 March, at 20:00 in the Wits Downstairs Theatre.

In a world that is increasingly polarised, the landscape seems to be restricted to black and white. But what about the shades of grey; that wide range of colours reflected by the skins of a global majority, that is still nevertheless labeled as a minority? These two artists will explore common visual images that will reflect their histories and where they are today. Commissioned by Dance Umbrella 2018 and supported by the Government of Flanders.
