Documentary on Kusini Water, one of our benificiaries

In December 2020, Lara Taylor of Content Lounge won the Best Documentary Award, sponsored by the Government of Flanders, at the Mobile Moviemakers Festival Cape Town, organised by the Belgian Chamber of Commerce – Cape Town. This festival invited people from across South Africa to make short films using a mobile phone, and offered these aspiring filmmakers a platform to showcase their talent. We asked Lara to make a documentary about one of our development cooperation projects. Our cooperation with South Africa aims to support South Africa’s transition to a climate resilient society and an inclusive green economy. The documentary features Kusini Water, one of the beneficiaries of the cooperation, via Flanders’ partnership with Indalo Inclusive South Africa NPC.
