From 5 to 7 December 2019, the 2nd edition of the Playtopia festival took place at the Castle of Good Hope in Cape Town. On show were a number of local and international indie games and digital or interactive art installations. In addition, a B2B conference and talks programme addressed the creative side of game design.

With support from the Government of Flanders, Flemish graphic artist and VJ Natche performed at the festival and discussed her creative process during a talk.
